The ice cream & service were superb!
I been going to this Cold Stone for years but I think my time is coming to an end! I brought my ice cream yesterday and I?m... still disgusted by the service I received as well as the ice cream I paid for. I spent $20 on my items. I paid for a shake and aLove It Founder Favorite (which is what I always get). I always get butter pecan ice cream, an extra brownie and caramel. Iordered my ice cream online. When I get there to pick it up, we did not receive good customer service at all. We was notgreeted. The staff acted like they rather been somewhere other than servicing us. We had to ask the staff a few times for spoonsand a straw before they acknowledge us. The quantity of the ice cream has gone down. The quantity is never consistent. I ordereda Love It size and got a Like It size. I asked for butter pecan ice cream but got sweet cream ice cream. I asked for extracaramel and got extra fudge instead. They gave me what they wanted to give me. I didn?t bring it back because there was afootball game going on so traffic was bad. It literally took me 20-25 minutes just to get to Cold Stone. Never had a bad experience at this coldstone. Ice cream is good and the staff is friendly. Recommend parking behind as it is... limited in front and difficult to get out of. If you get in though, you're in for a delicious frozen treat! Read more
I've never been treated so poorly. First the young man rolled his eyes when I showed him my order and then proceeded to ignore... me. Then a girl or maybe it was a guy, not sure. But they were slamming doors, rolling their eyes, huffing, and acting sounprofessional. I won't be back to this location. Read more
I was here on the weekend, Saturday evening and the store was busy. They have all the flavours available. I tasted couple of... flavours and choose to mix them with pecans on a waffle cone. In the past visits they used to mix very well but this time theyjust mixed it up and gave it to me. You will get one topping free in the mix and each additional toppings are up charge. Alsocones are extra charge. Overall the experience was good, ice cream tastes good and staff are friendly. Parking can be littlecrowded in the busy timings. If you go behind then it will be easy.
