I was craving Egg Foo young and the closest restaurant near me was China Wok. When I arrived there were three people in line. We... stood there for 5 minutes before any of the staff acknowledged us. I actually stood in line for 15 minutes (kept checking myphone) before placing my order. The woman behind the counter looks at me an says "yes". I place my order an she says "No!, Thatwill take to long to make, don't you want some chicken with broccoli?". I asked her if she was serious an she told me she wasnot going to make Egg Foo young. I understand they were busy but I have never had such a negative experience at a restaurant.After standing in line for so long the least they could do is provide decent customer service.
