This is a picture of my untouched $3.65 fruit cup. It?s a Thursday morning, I enter the drive through with 7 cars ahead of me... and 8 cars in the next line over. A simple task for a proficient chick-fil-a. It takes 35 minutes to move through the line andorder my food. Once I get to the window it takes an additional 6 minutes to receive my food, and this is the fruit cup. This isthe fruit cup I paid extra for instead of upgrading my meal, because I wanted a full size fruit cup. I could have driven acrosstown and received better service and food in less time than my 41 minute visit to this chick-fil-a location on a not busyThursday morning. Every. Single. Time. I come here, there is food missing, no straws, or missing condiments in my order, ittakes incredibly too long to get through the drive through and I will officially never be revisiting this location again. I've tried this place twice. The first time the line was so long I opted to go inside instead. Big mistake! The lines inside... were a long as the drive through and the servers were not pleasant at all. I had to keep reminding them to get the rest of myorder. So many people were standing on the walls waiting fire orders to be corrected. The second time was in the drive thru. Thewait was longer than I've ever experienced. There was no pleasure in either of these instances. I will not be coming to thisestablishment again. Read more
I frequently visit this Chick-fil-A a lot and I always have a great experience. The food is always super fresh and I?ve never... had to wait more than 5 minutes. Whenever I come here one of the employees Madison has always made it a wonderful experience forme. She always remembers me and makes me feel very welcomed. She does a great job and is very efficient. As always, the food was great!! I decided to finally try the new location on Magnolia I believe, by the old Winn Dixie. The... line has always been very long!!. But again, as always, the wait was very quick and the customer service was excellent. That iswhy I keep coming back, also the waffle fries! ;) Read more
This chick fil a never fails to disappoint me. Their mobile ordering system is terrible. Every time I order through the app, I... arrive and my order is not ready. I see people come in and order in the restaurant and receive their food before me. It?sextremely inefficient and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. When I entered the waiting area, no one assisted me after Iwas standing there for 5 minutes waiting on my order placed 15 minutes before I even arrived. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Outdoor and Indoor lines are not only long, but move incredibly slow.... This location does not seem to hold the same standards as other franchises, across the board. Fries were served burnt and soggy,not sure how that?s even done. Majority of the staff seemed to be sluggish and not a pleasure to be around. The indoor line was8 customers deep and they were only working off one register. I ordered a Cool Wrap, which I have ordered many times before. The Cool Wrap I got had an abundance of lettuce, but very little... chicken filling, maybe a fourth of what is normally in the wrap. Very disappointed. Also, did not include my second package ofAvocado Ranch dressing. Eating a Chick-fil-A is always an experience. Those fast food restaurant it feels like a lot more. The staff and even the... managers are extremely professional friendly and helpful. They all work towards giving you an excellent eating experience. Thefood is always awesome I just wish that they were open on Sundays but I get why they're not and I accept it. Read more
