Had an eggnog milk shake. The Family enjoyed it. 1 shake was enough of a serving for the entire family. I think it was topped... with nutmeg that did not necessarily add to the flavor, but they are a national band so I guess the have no say so on how theshakes overall are composed of, but it was very good! Never had a bad CFA experience until tonight. There was an employee on his phone which I've never seen at CFA before. My fries... were not salted (not sure how that happened), all the food was cold, and they got part of our order wrong. The usual quality ofservice from CFA was not here. Read more
The food was extremely cold while it meant to be warm. I was shocked with the way that chic-fil-a handled it. I never had a bad... experience with them in my entire life in California. They have always been the best when it comes to customer service, speedand attitude in general. But this place didn?t do the same thing. They changed our order after we complained but the second onewas even colder than the first one! ???? When we complained again, the manager basically said it is what it is. The service for me is normally prompt and accurate. The quality is what you know and love from Chick-fil-A, but the drive thru... often leaves cars backed up into Capital Circle, which I don?t love. The drive thru back up also makes it difficult to get to aparking spot if you want to eat in based on the way their parking spots face at an angle that forces you to go in through thesame line as drive thru effectively. Such a busy spot for lunch. We parked in the lot next door and walk to dine in. Double drive thru was packed. We ordered quickly... and were able to find an open seat. Took about 8-9 mins from ordering to receive our food. Everything was fresh and tasted good.All employees were working hard, polite, and helpful. Restroom was clean. Read more
Great location but not enough room for the drive-through. Cars are actually having to lineup down the road while they wait in... the drive-through line. Seems like a poor design if you ask me. Instead of drive-through I went inside and only three persons orso inside. On this visit I got the number one breakfast chicken biscuit. It was so wonderfully good I forgot to even take aphoto of it before I ate it =). If you?re in a hurry I would recommend parking in the Texas roadhouse parking lot across fromChick-fil-A. Run over to Chick-fil-A and order from inside. Much faster than waiting in the long drive through line. The storeis super clean and it has a nice kids play area that seems to be closed at the moment probably due to Covid. Read more
Usually when we get food from this location is pretty good, but on this day it was not fresh the service is great but my 12... count nuggets were not fresh and my son's entire meal was not either. The fries were cold and his sandwich wasn't hot. Don'tsee the reason why it wasn't becaus it was very busy. They need to do better! Read more
