I've been to this Charley's several times and I've never been disappointed, so I always come with the expectation of good food... and good service. Today was above and beyond my expectations. The service from Antron was amazing-friendly and so fast. And thequality seemed to be the best I've had. The best Steak and Cheese sandwichs that I know about in this area. Mr. Wings has some good ones but Charley's phillys come out... so fast that they stay all hot and melty. I have never been disappointed with them. Even in Orlando's Outlet Malls, they are abig hit. Read more

Cashier needs to stop asking for tips and start making sure the orders come out right... drink wasn?t filled, wrong cheese added... which was hurriedly swapped for unmelted correct cheese (because I was paying attention), too much mayo when I asked for verylittle (the women at the counter lied about the mayo amount too- only because they?re all rushing!).
