Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and my boyfriend went in to pick it up today. He walks in and says hello to... the lady at the desk, she says "hi" and turns to have a conversation with her co-worker. After that convo is over, she faces himand he lets her know that he has a pickup order. She then turns around again and continues to have a conversation with thecoworker, not even acknowledging or asking the name of the order. Minutes go by and he is able to tell her my name and finallyget the order. My boyfriend is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever known, and he was so distraught that hecalled me immediately after he left the shop. Best cup of coffee I've ever had! I got a 16oz iced caramel latte and the flavor is incredible, it was a cheap coffee and the... staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful both times I have come here. Would definitely recommend if you love coffee andyou enjoy fair prices. Read more

A nice, small coffee shop. I loved my Colombian coffee pour over: worth the wait for that classic cup. The murals are lively,... keeping the space from feeling dull. It was quite cold the day we went, but I can imagine in better weather with the overheaddoors open it would be pure delight. We tried the Build your Bowls. Baked and cubed scrambled eggs is a clever base. Oursarrived hot and generously topped. I didn?t rate as 5 star due to the sleepy pace of service and that the gal behind the counteranswered questions about the coffee with ?I don?t really know.? Everyone is allowed to be new at a job.
