It might be busy so pack you patience but you will quickly find from the warm greeting you get when you finally meet your... waiter/waitress that you are in good hands! The food is delicious with a menu that you won't find anywhere else!! I wish thesewere everywhere but it is also something to look froward to with every Tallahassee trip!! Read more
This is the best breakfast/brunch/lunch place ever! The staff is sooooo friendly and nice there! My dad loves the coffee (lol)... and even though we had to wait it was worth it for sure! Ordered three breakfasts and one lunch sandwich. The breakfast had a good flavor however the eggs were a bit confusing I asked... for white cooked and yolk runny and what I got was something I?ve never seen before. The main disappointment was the toast itwas simply dried out white bread with no toasting done whatsoever, which made it even worse for the $13 sandwich because thatbread had to get thrown away, it was simply dried out bread that was nit edible. All in all aside from the bread the food waspretty good, you have to judge for yourself whether it?s worth the high end price tag, that sandwich in the picture was $12 andcame with two mouthfuls of fruit. Server was friendly. Water tastes like hose water, but she found different water for us. Specialty pancakes have been missing... one of the listed toppings both times we've been. The bacon was floppy and mostly fat this time. Adding to a pancake is $3.50and it isn't a bigger order than what you get with a side of meat and 2 eggs for 50 cents more. The basted eggs were cookedperfectly. My biscuit & gravy lovers were very happy. The atmosphere is different from what you'd expect for a brunch cafe.
