The bagels get stars and unfortunately none for the staff. We have been going here for awhile and its hard to overlook how rude... the staff is especially the older blonde lady that we unfortunately have to interact with every time we come which is often. What a bad idea to have her deal with customers because its not good for the business. You probably would have more business ifshe didnt exist. Is it that much of a hassle to take an order? The staff acts likes its an inconvenience to take your order andthen is rude about it. Dont like your job so go get another one so your horrible attitude doesn't ruin our breakfast. Read more
I would sell my soul for these bagels. The rewards are awesome too. They recently cut back on the cream cheese which I really... appreciate because before I couldn?t bite into it without cream cheese dripping everywhere. It used to take me fist-fulls ofnapkins to clean up. Keep it up! This is my favorite hangover cure. Read more

About as welcoming as it gets at 6:15 AM in this town.. I was planning on McDonald's but of course that didn't Pan out; I was... grateful these guys were awake.. It only got better from there. I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese, the bagel was half the size it should be like someone baked them wrong or something and... it was clearly extremely stale. The bagel was inedible unfortunately, like chewing on a piece of tire rubber. Please throw awaybad bagels don't serve them to your customers! This was a to go order so I wasn't able to bring it to their attention in personand get a new one as I was already at work. Read more
