The bagels get stars and unfortunately none for the staff. We have been going here for awhile and its hard to overlook how rude... the staff is especially the older blonde lady that we unfortunately have to interact with every time we come which is often. What a bad idea to have her deal with customers because its not good for the business. You probably would have more business ifshe didnt exist. Is it that much of a hassle to take an order? The staff acts likes its an inconvenience to take your order andthen is rude about it. Dont like your job so go get another one so your horrible attitude doesn't ruin our breakfast. Read more

I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese, the bagel was half the size it should be like someone baked them wrong or something and... it was clearly extremely stale. The bagel was inedible unfortunately, like chewing on a piece of tire rubber. Please throw awaybad bagels don't serve them to your customers!
