I ordered the boom boom shrimp and mozzarella cheesesticks through door dash while working late in the evening. When I received... my order there was a lot of fried breading mixed in with my shrimp. I called the next day to share my experience and wasdirected to the manager Rickie. I explained the situation and she immediately offered to give me another order of shrimp free ofcharge. However, I wasn't in the mood to eat the shrimp that night. Rickie let me know that I can contact her whenever I'm readyto order them again. I reached out about a week later, she knew exactly who I was and gave me an estimated time on when my orderwould be ready. I picked up my order and to my surprise she also threw in another order of mozzarella cheesestocks although Ihad no problem with that item on my first order! So good! Chicken wings were spectacular. They were huge and had lots of meat on them! Fries were good with a nice freshness... crispy crunch (not burnt), that was not soaked soggy in oil like lot of places have. What little staff they did have was verycurtious and nice. Will definitely go back soon! New menus/items and sooooo much looked too yummy ????! Pricing seemedreasonable for times we in now where inflation to be expected. Read more
BYOB.... BEER. BACON. BLENDER Food tasted great. Well what parts if my food I was able to get. I ordered a Cobb salad to come... with cucumbers bacon ham turkey cheese and tomatoes. I asked for double cucumbers in place of no tomatoes... to be informed theyno longer have cucumbers. Then once my food comes there was no bacon and when I asked they just ran out. THEN I had to have myfrozen Pina Colda made TWICE! IT WAS HORRIBLE! it was not blended at all. It tasted like watery ice chunks with cheap rum. Likereal cheap!!! When i... ordered take out, Kailen brought me my food and was so sweet and made sure i had everything i needed. Food was good. The rice was a little chewy but the grilled shrimp and broccoli were cooked perfect and the Reuben was very... good. Our server, Brianna, was very attentive, efficient, and personable. Great service. Read more
