Probably the worst fast food environment I've entered. They added $3 onto my 2 for 7 because I didn't want the lettuce/tomato...... since when do you have to pay more for less? I talked with a manager (which I think was the girl that took my order) and she wasrude. said I could get the stuff taken off but then said she wouldnt.., confusing. I spoke with corporate and they confirmedthis isn't how they do business. This isn't your average Arby's. This one is a hole in the wall with cold food, terribleemployees/management, and terrible service. Food was great and made fast no wait. Cashier was patient and understanding as he had to deal with my indecisive and grouchy... husband on the phone as I ordered! We got exactly what we ordered fast and food was good and hot!! Read more

Food too expensive. All the specials are not special. 2 for 7 but don't like selections. 4 for $10 is not good for one person.... Bring back dollar happy hours. Read more

We've been living in Tallahassee now going on over 2 years and this is our first time at this Arby's well to start off the... service at the counter was great and fast the food was hot and fresh with no problems also the restaurant is kept up andorganized very clean and the restrooms are very clean very well organize store by the manager and his crew 5 Stars ???? we hopethis review helped you out and hope you enjoyed your food like we did it was excellent Read more

Employees tried to give me a disgustingly/comically thick cut regular roast beef sandwich. When we tried to tell employees,... manager wanted to see the other sandwich we ordered (sliced normal) and stared at the menu board. She then asked, ?What do youwant me to do?? No quality control, lack of professionalism from manager, and the roast beef was a lot pinker than normal. Willnot be back. Read more

Delighted! This Arby's is so clean and the staff is wonderful. Get the gyros..so delish & made with real lamb & beef. Buffalo... sliders are awesome too. Tbh, the food here is comparable to some of the Applebee's Chili's types for 1/3 the price. Good jobguys???? Read more

It?s not often I get the chance to praise a fast food place. Especially Arbys. The seem to always have good food, but the... service is normally below fair?but not this time..I immediately jumped on here to praise them for how quick (large order) andpolite the young gentleman up there were..Not sure of their names or the manager at the times name, but it?s August 9th at730?.I?m still just in shock of how well that went!! You asked for feedback- this is the only place I found to leave that. Pulled into lot around 2pm and say about 8 cars in the... drive through so I went in. I stood there for what felt think 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Watched a cashier takea sandwich back to the "cook"( and the only cook I saw) to discuss what was wrong with it. You could hear the dismay andfrustration from the cook. Mind you one cook and 4 cashier's. So I decided to try the drive through again. Got in and waited formany minutes and not one car moved but I was also going to be trapped the way the parking lot is. I have been waiting all yearfor the orange shake and that was all I wanted. I walked back in, saw a cashier staring at the cook waiting for food. I asked ifI could just get a shake I didn't want anything cooked. I was told to wait a minute as the cashier continues to glare at thecook. Finally someone went to help the cook, I was able to the order my shake and leave. I have been in the restaurant businessfor over 30 years I know exactly what was going on, but the fact that it impacted every guest inside it out is not good for yourbusiness. Since you are the only Arby's in the area it probably doesn't really matter that much.
