This location doesn't give the option of ordering flats only chicken wings like other Applebees. I asked the waitress if... could mention if they could at least give more flats than drumetts. When it came i got 6 drumetts and 3 flats. I complainedand the manager brought me 4 more flats after i said i was refusing the food. Arrived at this location at 11:10. Was told there was only one server and that the wait is 20 min . After 30 min an employee... ignored us when trying to check on the wait. We were the only people waiting a party of 2. After finally getting anotheremployee?s attention , we were told it would be 30 more min because there were only 3 servers after waiting 50 min. We were thentold we could place a to go order after waiting 50 min to be seated. I understand being understaffed but we could have easilybeen told they weren?t going to be able to sit anybody else for the night to be able to make it to any other restaurant beforeclosing. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!! I was calm about the situation and didn?t cause a scene. But I?m leaving a review due to the lack of... response or concern from management. I was told I?d get a call the next day. Not! Submitted a concern to corporate and that?swhen the manager reached out. She went on about how she got the place clean from top to bottom and that my submission even madeher pass an inspection that happened right after. I told her it was traumatizing to have almost eaten a roach and that aApplebees gift card serves me no purpose!! I literally won?t use it. Suggested another type. Said she?d get back to me, NOT!!It?s been weeks and haven?t heard a word since! She just needed to make the phone call due to corporate I?m sure. Be careful andinspect your food before eating it!!! During this class reunion meet and great it was painfully obvious that this place was NOT ready for us. The time it took to be... served was unacceptable. Jennifer was called in from another Applebee's. She did a youmans job in getting everyone taken careof. The food was pretty good as far as Sysco fare food goes.
