Me and my wife goes to Zaxby's alot to eat and 90 percent of the time we mostly go through the drive thru at first when it first... opened the service was awesome but in time just like the other restaurants it's starting to go down hill alot. But now everytimewe go to Zaxby's the order is never right or you pay for extra fries and you don't get them or you pay for a couple extraZaxby's sauce and you don't get them. And yesterday my wife went to order her and our daughter something to eat and my daughterwanted to get the kids chicken finger kids meal dipped in buffalo sauce but they wouldn't do it. The way I see it if thecustomer is paying for it then we should get what we want if we pay for it right. The few times I?ve been to this location the food is always wrong and quite honestly disgusting. I work fast food myself so I... can give a little leeway if it happened once but the food is always old, fries unseasoned, lack of product, no forks or napkinsin the bag and I cannot excuse this locations lack of care put into the food they?re serving to people. I have never seen such shoddy service...ever! Where to start...at 11 o clock I ordered a Wings n Things Traditional and they... messed up the ENTIRE order. Cold fries, wrong sauce, wrong type wings, served with no utensils, went back to store to get mybone in wings they were served cold and undercooked which means they were from yesterday, the relacement wings were served in abox that looked as if it had been dunked in sauce along with the wings AND GET THIS they still put the wrong sauce on them, olestale Texas Toast only lightly toasted on one side, soda was basically a tonic water and dirty as hell for a Sprite it lookedlike old sink water. Not a real good experience here. Food was ok. Bathrooms were gross. The counter person had personality like burnt toast.
