In the past five years, Twin Dragon has always been on point, with fresh ingredients with developed flavor, while ready in about... 15 minutes. When you think about it, most restaurants, period, can't do that. For what is worth, sweet and sour chicken, crispybeef (like Gen Tao's, but thinner strips), and hot and sour soup are wins. Ordered 10 egg rolls 8 shrimp & 2 pork. The breading was Very tough/dry hard to bite into and the pork was very dark, dry and... tasted old. Cabbage very very over cooked. Called the Restaurant to notify them and the lady screamed the entire time talking tome and to a guy in the back in her language (I guess repeating what I was saying) and asked me what do I want her to do aboutit? She said you ordered 10 and someone else ordered 100 and they had no problem. I asked her what did that have to do with myorder? She then began to speak very fast and loud and then hung up the phone. I called back twice and no answer the 3rd time aguy answered and I asked him if I was hung up on and each time he said what do you need, what do you want? I will NEVERpatronize this place again!! Bad customer service and old food I won?t do! If I didn?t live in MD - I would?ve returned thedry/hard egg-rolls. Don?t waste your time and money. Sadly, the current management has failed to live up to the history of this Chinese restaurant. The previous reputation of great... food is no longer a reason to return to this restaurant. Without the sauce the egg rolls are not palatable. The shrimp friedrice had only shrimp. NO vegetables, not even onions. The shrimp and broccoli was bitter in taste. So disappointing!! Read more
Twin Dragon is not the same anymore! The egg rolls are the same size, but the taste is different and they are a little dry. The... shrimp fried rice was bland, the rice was hard and the shrimps were a little dry. The egg foo young was horrible! The shrimpswere dry and hard, the egg was dark brown and the gravy was as thick as paste. It seems as though the previous owners did notleave their ancient Chinese secret recipes or the current owners just don't care. They use to serve authentic Chinese food. I grew up in this area and when I'm nearby I always stop here! My parents and grandparents ate here too and would come as far... as Cathedral Heights to get it. Egg rolls are Dino sized and flavorful. Everything I've had tastes like real food and notpigeon/rat. They aren't the friendliest people but the quality can't be beat. Read more

Lived a few blocks away from TD back in the 60s and 70s. Went to high school with the Lee family kids. TDs egg rolls were to... die for. I had a supervisor who lived in Silver Springs and bought her egg rolls on the way home. Given the few unfavorablereviews here, I want to revisit TD soon and decide for myself. I pray the egg rolls are the same. Their pork foo young wasdelicious, as well. My parents loved the pepper steak. I loved this place; hope I can say this again.
