Highlands is my go to breakfast spot. The Belgian waffles are so GOOD, the adult beverages are always, and they serve the best... fried green tomatoes. Oh, how could I forget the shrimp and grits and shrimp linguine! You have got to try all the dishesmentioned above and more!
