Nephew wanted to take me here for lunch special. Place had few patrons so I thought we'd get quick service. NO! Waited two-three... minutes before anyone even came up to hostess station to seat us. I didn't understand anything she said but this was nephew'sdeal so I just followed along. After he looked at menu a minute he decided the lunch special pricing wasn't very special to thepoint we got up and left. This establishment was not inviting what so ever and felt like staff were simply there to collect acheck. It left me with zero motivation to go to any of the chains locations. Update: Their corporate review autoresponseextremely mechanical and not welcoming at all. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, and if they were, my apologies. Our waitress seemed nervous to want to serve us. Sat... for a little over 5 minutes before asking what to drink. Not mad, not disappointed, just put off. Food would've been better ifall served together. Most of ours were warm. Read more

One table of 4 gals, 2 people at the bar when we arrived, waitress wasn?t paying attention when we were ordering and stood there... and stared at us, I had to repeat questions or comment a minimum of twice to get a response. 3 more tables came in after we?dbeen waiting a while, after an hour of waiting the waitress finally told us there is only one cook in the kitchen and then anhour ten minutes for a burger and chicken sandwich. The fries were fridge level cold, both sandwiches weren?t even like warm,which is humerus considering how dry and leather like the chicken was because it was so over cooked. When I mentioned it to thewaitress and showed her, she kind of shrugged and said ?we can cook it again.? Honestly I wasn?t sure if she was being rude andmeaning to cook that chicken more or recook a different sandwich, but I couldn?t wait over an hour again for another sandwichand just told her no thank you just remove it. Bill came (after we waited 15 minutes and had to ask twice for it) and thesandwich that had barely been touched was still being charged and she didn?t care and couldn?t be bothered. I have visited this restaurant a couple of times before and it was a typical Buffalo Wild Wings with pretty good service and... okay food. This time, I can only comment on the service since we never got our food. The service was awful. It took about 15minutes to order our drinks and get them. If it would have been busy, I could understand, but there might have been 4 tableswith people at them and 5 or 6 people at the bar. There were plenty of workers there though. However, the majority of them wereall huddled up in the women's restroom doing something. We ordered some wings and fries. It wasn't an extravagant order and itwasn't like the were back there hand rolling the chicken in batter. We sat there for another 30 minutes and never got our food.At about the hour mark, I finally told the waitress we are leaving to go back to work. She said she would cancel the order. Ipaid for our drinks and left. I don't normally leave bad reviews on businesses unless they are really bad, but if I owned thisbusiness, I would want to know what was going on. Read more

This is the fourth time I have eaten at this location, each visit seems to get worse. Took my family of four to dinner tonight,... which took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Took 45 minutes after ordering to get drink refills, waited an hour for our food which cameout in three stages. Not once during our nearly three hour experience did a manager of any kind walk anywhere near the area wewere sitting. Just three weeks ago we chose this restaurant to celebrate a family members birthday and had a very similarexperience. waited over an hour for cold food. wish our waitress would have been transparent with us if she was having any issues instead of... ignoring us. we had just been on the river all day and were starving but nobody could bring themselves to eat the food when wegot it because it was so cold. seriously seemed like they just microwaved our fries for 10 seconds and called it good. I really like the food and come here often. The lady who was working the front was seating us and we were going to be seated at... a high top table. I asked to be seated at a lower table or booth and she acted like I just asked a forbidden question. Iunderstand that servers have their sections but I don?t believe that was a crazy question. Service was really good. At first I wasn't sure about the waitress but I could tell she was a bit nervous. She did a good job... keeping up with our drinks. The burger I had was so good. The meat was cooked just right. I appreciated it that she brought us adrink to go. Overall it was a nice experience! Read more
