First and foremost I?m not a Ken and normally don?t have issues unless it?s valid - but today was an exception- I do love the... food but ordering by the phone is ALWAYS an issue. So much so I will most likely not be giving my money to Tullys again. Todayis like the third time I?ve been overcharged or had an issue because whoever is taking the orders over the phone is rushing andnot listening/paying attention and when one calls them out tone gets abit rude ?. DOUBLE CHECK YOU?RE ORDER several times sothey don?t jam you up for extra items then say ?I thought you said? pretty simple PAY ATTENTION TO THE CALLER when they areordering ?. Good food bad service equals loss of revenue. Then when asked when the owner will be avail so I can figure out whyit?s this way I?m told he?s out of town and the girl didn?t know when he would be back. ????? her explanation was WEAK ? Ummmask someone then instead of blowing off a customer. Service needs to improve ALOT for me to patronize this place again. Glad wehave options ? only about 30 places to get pizza. Read more

I ordered beer battered onion ring and wings. Beer batter turned out to be a cheap cornmeal breading and dry wings. When I... called they said our online menu doesn?t always match our food! What is this ??. So so offered my a in house credit not arefund. I said I?m disappointed with your quality of food why would I return she said oh well. Very poor customer service andManagement. Tulli's was a fantastic finish to our surprise golf outing for a friend's 50th Birthday. The challenge was finding a place open... on a Sunday evening after our round finished. We found Tulli's online the week before and we are so glad we did. First off,Nicole B rocks! What a great waitress and just an awesome person. The food was fantastic and portions called for some To-Goboxes. We give Tulli's 8 Thumbs up and 5 Stars! Thank you Nicole and chef's!! Read more

They used to be really good when they first opened, but lately has been a bust quality wise. They're typically out of some items... which I find strange since the menu is small. Ordered the chicken parm dinner, the salad that came with it was definitelyseveral days old as the lettuce and cucumbers were rotted and there was a hair in it- tossed that out. Pasta is overcooked andmushy, chicken is ok. Also got fish and chips and double checked that it would come with tartar sauce, we received Cesar saladdressing instead. The restaurant was empty as well, so not sure what the issue is. All I can say is I hope they don't take thisreview too harshly and use it to improve for next time. Read more

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered meatball parm and a pepperoni pizza. The... meatballs were nicely done, tender and juicy, but they may have been sitting too long. The meatballs and sauce were very salty.The pizza was ok, decent but not great. A floppy crust, nice pepperoni, good sauce. The people were really nice and friendly. Ona scale from 0-10 I would rate this 6.4. Read more

I would never recommend. Me and my fiancé order from them a lot. No problems in the past. However, I ordered a salad and two... sodas for delivery recently. After they delivered I sat down to eat and noticed a live bug literally stuck in the tomato. Iclosed the container and called them right away. Lauren answered and was very apologetic and offered to have a new saladdelivered right away. I declined as I was turned off and said I just wanted my money back for the salad and not the sodas. Shethen said to bring the salad in for a refund. Even though I had them delivered I said fine and brought it in. Right when she sawme walking the salad in she said and I quote ?I?m so sorry about that and I voided the check.? I was satisfied with how shehandled it. However, I look today and they charged me $7.88 for two small sodas and a delivery fee. i had to drive the saladback to them but yet they still charged me a delivery fee for a salad with a bug and two sodas. Extremely irritated as none ofthis was my doing and I was told lies with how they would handle THEIR problem. Eight dollars for two sodas is definitely asign of poor customer service. Read more
