Store hours are posted open at 6am. This store is never open at 6. Maybe by 7am if lucky. I made a mobile order and burger King... charged me but once again, store is closed. Hopefully I get my money back. Also, food sucks and I don't know why I come here.Always a disappointment. Read more
1 star because your phone does not actually work, i can never get decent service, your menu is never accurate, ive been yelled... at twice in the drive threw, absolutely aggresive workers. Its always the same lady too. I honestly am surprised this place isstill open. They have gone so far downhill i wonder if they havent already ran it into the ground. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! Customer service is absolutely rude! Went to the drive through with my dad and right when we got there the... lady told us to wait, we waited about a good 20 min before we decided to leave but she came on the speaker to take our orderfinally. We ordered a whopper jr meal with fries and a coke. First off she had attitude right away and my dad had trouble takingour order with her. My dad ignores her attitude and we proceed home. As soon as I come home to eat i noticed my order wascompletely wrong(keep in mind no one was in drive through so they screwed it up on purpose). Went through the Taft burger king drive thru at 10:48 am and ordered a #7 ch'king spicy chicken sandwich large with onion rings... and a #8 ch'king chicken sandwich regular and two rodeo burgers. The total came out to 23 something, they did not give me areceipt. The sandwiches they gave me were not the right ones and I couldn't figure out why it all cost so much so I pulled backthrough the drive thru and asked for the receipt. The woman said the receipt printer is broken and had no way to fix my order. The buns were all hard, the fries and onion rings were cold sandwiches were the wrong ones. They refused to fix the order. All Iwanted was the right sandwiches and a receipt. Horrible place to go, worst place ever. Read more
This is hands down the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The manager never cares and is extremely rude. The staff is the... same. I have nothing but constant problems when coming here. Whether they're out of everything I try to order, the food is oldand stale, the wait time is 30 or more minutes, The customer service is atrocious, or they get my order wrong, it is nothing butproblems. I highly recommend going to McDonald's or wait for the new jack in the box to be finished. For 16 years I've silentlydealt with the nonsense from this Burger King, but it's absolutely ridiculous now and I have no desire to come back here in thefuture. Read more
I?m in Taft California and there are not a lot of options of places to eat at. I stopped in at the Burger King and ordered the... whopper combo. It was OK. It wasn?t great but it wasn?t bad either. The food was fresh. The combo cost nine bucks. They?repretty proud of their combo because it certainly wasn?t worth nine bucks. Read more
It was great, the food was amazing and the spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeños definitely helped my spicy cravings! And gave... me some burger King crowns without hesitation. Very nice woman helped out. Took longer than 5 minutes to get my food but it wasworth the wait and I wasn't in a hurry. Read more
