Service was ok at first but the second we said something about a deadly allergy my assistant has they were rude She didn?t... write down the allergies and came back and gave her a plate with salad that had dressing with dairy in it when we went to askher to re do it she just brought a salad no dressing didn?t let us finish that she couldn?t eat the rice on the plate as thedairy touched it. Her response was ?oh jeez? she then came out and rudely grabbed the plate and scrapped the chicken onto thenew plate and stormed off. My pad Thai was soupy and awful it tasted like spaghettios I didn?t finish it and left it it was sobad couldn?t believe I had to pay $40 for it Read more

Popped in here as I've never been, although I've been to every other store in the vicinity, and was pleasantly surprised! Quick... take out, huge portions and very polite staff. I was also very happy to find an absolutely fantastic seaweed salad, it was somuch for the price! Tasty and done so well, I'll definitely be back. Read more

My husband and I just left there expecting to have good food. We have been here in the past before and never had complaints. But... this time... the food was not good. When our waitress gave the soup it was cold and tasted old, i ordered terriyaki chicken andit was the worst sauce. The flavor was not good the sauce was thick like bbq sauce but tasted like pork and beans. The only goodthing I ate was their kimchi, salad and gyoza. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Stop by here for dinner because it was convenient. We were very pleasantly surprised! We had the basics, chicken and pork... teriyaki and my wife had chicken yakisoba. I though the prices might be a little high, but my wife and I needed to-go containersand had the left overs for lunch the following day! That made it a good value. Aside from that, both dishes were better thanmost we've had at other restaurants. Service was quick, staff was friendly and there was a very steady stream of to-gohappening, which along with the almost to capacity dining room, tells you there's something good going on there. Recommended! Read more

We ordered take away. I had Garlic Chicken and Vegetables (no spice), and Stephen had Chicken Pad Thai (2-star). Mine was okay... the chicken was fried and that made it a little dry. Stephen's had little chicken and was more sweet than spicy. I will givethem another chance, but not my favorite Asian food in Tacoma. See my reviews for Happy Teriyaki #7, Viet Kitchen and Vien Dong. I've come here several times before and this time will be a last and spent over fifty dollars each time. I have brought friends... with me to order to eat but today will be the last. The women whom took my order was so rude, rolled her eyes because I askabout an item on her menu in which I was not familiar with. She didn't even want to give me cups of ice for our dine-in order. As well as I ordered chicken yakisoba and when it arrived and I looked at it and tasted the meat it didn't taste like chicken. My 9yrs son said, "Mom that is not chicken!" They have lost my business for good. Read more

Everytime I have come, the food has been AMAZING. The prices are great too. Portion sizes are great if you are sitting down to... eat. I've ordered online and over the phone and my food has always been ready by the time I got there and the food is stillwarm. The customer service is great also. Very friendly staff. Hands down the BEST place for me to get teriyaki. I've visitedthree times in one week once. I usually get the teriyaki + sushi bento. And I'm sorry, but for those of you complaining aboutEnglish.. how about going to a food place that specializes in just American food then? Don't go eating at other culturalrestaurants. I've come and they've always been pretty good at communicating with me lol. Never pushy. And if they domisunderstand, they try their best to. Read more

It?s been a very long time since I?ve had Teriyaki this good. The almond chicken is delicious, I could smell the garlic before... even opening the box. The mushrooms in it are even fantastic, and I?m not big on mushrooms. The bubble tea was topped withwhipped cream! To top it off, they were fast and friendly. Will be back. Read more
