My order was set for a noon pick up on 11-12-22. I needed to chamge the pick up to 2pm. I started calling at 10:30 am. No one... answered the phone for an hour straight. I had to drive to the location only to find out that they were not opening till 3pm@11:45 15 min before I was supposed to pick my order up. Lucky I didn't need to have it @ the scheduled time. But none the lessthey had my number there were 5 employees there and the could have notified me that my order was not going to be ready at thespecified time for my daughter's birthday party no less. Just picked up my order and all my wings look dry and literally have no taste. No spice at all. I paid 50 dollars that would... have went further at McDonald's. You should be ashamed of your Sunday work crew. I want a refund Read more
Should have read reviews first. Long wait. Cold food. Wrong flavor on one set of wings, wrong kind of wings on another set.... Missing dips. Fries had no flavor and were soggy. Total disappointment. What a waste of time and money. Read more
Called ahead. Paid in person. Overheard that they didn't even start my big order. Somehow forgot that I even existed even though... I been waiting patiently INSIDE. Finally got my food!.... With missing large Fries..... Atleast they got my fries out quick whenI told them they forgot. Ordered food at 1pm. Didn't get it until 2:20pm. You want to work at a place you hate and want tospread it. This is the place. Horrible service. Shut it down. Read more
Being as I work in guest service myself if you don't have a product that your advertising don't sell and don't offer a 6pc wing... and then say at least we let you keep the fries to make me now wait even longer for my order I placed online, and not to mentionthey didn't give me my drinks to fill up while I was waiting!! Wing Stop & Wait - came in because I was starving, and was told I?d be waiting around 20 minutes for a small portion of wings.... There were 5 to 6 staff members all in the kitchen, and the place was busy but by no means full. You could get food at a sitdown restaurant faster than that! Read more
The worst wing stop I've been to. Only reason I came to this one was because the one close to my house was closed for the day. I... was told on the app it'll be ready in 20 mins, I arrived around 25 mins and had to wait and extra 30 mins. Chicken was cooked okay, but what is the deal with the lack of seasoning? I ordered Louisiana rub and I get home and all my... chicken wings are practically plain. Are they low on seasoning? Same for the fries, I understand that you do not need to coatthe fries in heavy seasoning, but I do not order fries to eat what tastes like plain old potatoes. Especially with how thick youguys cut some of your fries. I could salt them, myself, but why? Season your food better. Please. Read more
