This was a horrible experience. Although it was ordered online (and yes, I understand that can contribute to the issues), the... whole experience was just bad. So first: the fries and corn arrived cold. The cajan corn---don't order this---shriveled is thebest way to describe each piece; overcooked and dried out. Maybe they are meant to be like this, but I will never order themagain. The chicken sandwich was okay but soggy and smothered in sauce. You don't get to enjoy the flavor of just a little bitof chicken and bun---you are overwhelmed by the intensely flavored sauce the chicken is doused in. My drink wasn't even full tothe top, and worst yet, I ordered Orange Fanta but got Strawberry Fanta instead. Lastly---I did mention the order came late. They use Doordash. The Wingstop App said the order had been delivered, but the order didn't arrive for another 30 minutes,which led me to believe it was sent to the wrong address. I called my local Wingstop, only to be put on hold. I decided tocall back after being on hold for 15 minutes to end up getting consistent busy signals. I am never going to order from the appagain for delivery. Their wings are great----I will give them that, but this time around, the whole dinner was ruined by toomany issues all at once. Our first time having Wingstop. We spent $50. The fries were cold which I called to complain. After they basically acted like I... was lying they said they would refund the fries. When I got off the phone I opened the wings and they were ALSO COLD! The orderwas placed at 1:30 to be delivered at 5 and they tasted like they were prepared at 1:30 and left to sit. We are less than 10mins from the store. The food shouldn?t have been anywhere near cold. The driver messaged me he was on the way at 4:47 and hegot here at 4:58. I would give -5 stars if I could. Ordered at 1:30 pm for a 5:00 pm delivery. Driver picked it up at 4:47 our hotel is 8 minutes... away food arrives cold not hot not room temperature but freaking COLD both the fries and the wings and the driver had our orderin an insulated bag. Also no markings to identify what flavor was what so my wife and I had to guess. We called to complain andall they said was they would refund the fries. We did a walk-in order at 4:45pm I ordered 3pc tender, two 8pc classic?s. Drove all the way back home in Lacey after the end of... my day to see the that we we didn?t receive our garlic parmesan crispy wings. So I called the store and spoke to Maurice to lethim know we patiently waited and didn?t receive that part of the along w/the fried (should?ve been 3) he asked me to hold andcame back and said his cook put them in the middle of mango habanero & mild classic. So I move some paper and see what I thoughtwas 8 garlic wings and told him thank you. He just hangs up. I pull them all out and they shorted me on the garlic wings. So Icall back and speak to a woman (didn?t catch her name) tell her about it and she said there is nothing they can do and that shecan give her manager my name and number. I live in Lacey, it?s easier for me to dispute it with my bank and I let her know. It?sunbelievable that you can wait patiently and understand that people are just working in the food industry, so I keep that inmind. Just to be missing 4 wings and some fries and basically it?s a forget you, we got your money oh well. If you like losingmoney and getting chumped, here?s the place to go. Bought some voodoo fries and they were ridiculously over seasoned. We couldn?t even eat them. We called the store to see if we... could get on a meal list for next time or a refund, and the manager said we had to bring the food back for any rectification. Weinformed them that we are 20 mins away and were unable to bring the food back, she said okay well there?s nothing I can do. Weasked if we could bring it back tomorrow, and she said no. She said she can pass the information to the regional manager buthonestly they won?t do anything if we won?t bring the food back. We asked when we can expect a call, she said she doesn?t knowand can?t tell us. We ordered other items and are only complaining about one. WellDone Lemon pepper was fatty with very little seasoning the manager said he cooked them extra already. AVOID AT ALL COST! employees yelling at each other, watched 2 of them walk out cursing. Food was cold like it never was cooked..... limp fries. Place was gross, this was our first time at Wing Stop & definitely our last time. Didn?t even end up eating our foodbecause of how unappetizing it was. Homeless man going through the trash can & yelling & the employee told us to ignore him. Ireally hope that the owners/corporate step in because this place should be closed down. Read more
