I made a mobile order and it gave me the option to pick up inside but when I got there they refused to fulfill my order. The... doors were locked even though there was a big sign saying dine in only. After banging on the four for like 5 min they finallycame to the door. They refused to give me my food and told me I had to go through the drive through but I couldn't. I told themI wanted my money back and they refused. That's false advertising and I want my money back. And I've been on hold for over 45min. Horrible service. Read more
Just left the drive thru, and I felt the need to leave a review. The young lady at the window was super kind & spoke encouraging... to her coworker while multitasking. The last time I was at was a Wendy?s a few months ago it was a total opposite experience. Itput a smile on my face to know that there are still kind workers & team players in the fast food industry. A job is a job thesedays, & we all love fast food so without these workers we wouldn?t be able to grab a burger or nuggets late at night after along day. So thank you! I went to this Wendy's and the night time supervisor was AMAZING! He was on drive thru on a Tuesday night (08/23) and I loved... his patience, calmness and chill attitude. I could tell the workers liked working with him too! Don't get rid of him! Read more
This has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. **No Exaggeration** We waited in line almost... 30 minutes for two medium chocolate frosties....Seriously what is the issue? Much better than a couple of months ago when they had very few employees, closed sporadically, and were super slow. Our order... was much faster, and it looks like they have lots of happy employees ???? Still the best deal with their biggie bags. Fries ????are even great! Read more
This Wendy's is a clean and friendly restaurant. The food was typical fast food burgers and fries. The drive thru is fairly... quick and the staff are nice and respectful. This location underwent a big renovation and the outside looks much better. Included updated photos of the new look. Read more
Drop my card while in the drive thru, and had to pull around to find it. Went inside to pay. The manager was super nice about... it and said wasn't an issue. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious!! Will be back to this location! Read more
