I believe nostalgia is the best ingredient of all time when it comes to food. I found it here at VK. The food and drinks were... delicious. The welcoming atmosphere and the little chat with the owners made you feel at home and at ease. The first bite offood and first sip of drinks brought me so much joy and teary eyes. Excellent fast service, tried something different Pad Thai in a Vietnamese restaurant. It was pretty good, seafood version had... very large prawns. Not spicy but tasted very authentic and I use to live in Thailand. The spring rolls were large anddelicious with peanut sauce. Highly recommend. Place looked clean and staff wore mask. My boyfriend and I love eating here. This is the restaurant where we frequent the most and it?s my favorite Vietnamese... restaurant ever. The food is excellent and so is the customer service. My dad, who is normally very picky with Vietnamese food,even commented on how good the grilled squid is. My fave dishes here are the grilled squid and bamboo duck noodle. Read more

Street (East of I-5), with plenty of parking on the street and designated parking around the corners. The owners (couple),Vincent and Kenny, are fantastic and friendly. The food is delicious! If you're from Portland to Seattle or vice versa, VK VIETKITCHEN is the place. Try their Bon Ne, Pork Blood & organ Congee, BBQ duck noodles, or grilled squid -- all are delicious! Read more
