Absolutely love their sandwiches - not too soft and not too crunchy! I've probably tried just about everything on their menu by... now. The Hoi An (classic cold cuts) and Mekong (grilled pork) are my favorites. I haven't tried many of their drinks, but theMatcha Mango (try with lychee jelly) has a fierce hold on me. I can never find anything like it elsewhere! Read more

Great having a place to get boba in the Proctor district, I appreciate they can do less sugar. The báhn mì and rice bowls are... delicious. Don?t skip the spring rolls! They?re some of the best in town. Read more

Toast Mi recently catered a work lunch and it was AMAZING!! I had the tofu bahn mi and the bread was so light and fluffy and the... veggies were crisp and crunchy. But the tofu was the best part; it was flavorful and the texture wasn't mushy or brick hard (ahard line to walk with tofu). Overall I cannot rave enough about this place and cannot wait to eat this sandwich every night inmy dreams! Read more

To begin with this was a bit hard to find. There were two people waiting for their order when I walked in. I glanced at the... woman behind the counter but got no recognition from her. I looked up at the menu to see what I wanted (although I had alreadydecided on the pork banh mi). A group of people walked in & the woman behind the counter said hi, I'll be right with you. Isaid to one of them, well, at least she acknowledged you. I glanced once again at the woman behind the counter & still NOTHING!Are they doing so well that they can ignore a customer? I left & will not be back. Read more

I've worked here for the last 7 months and I am happy to have had the opportunity. The best thing about my time here was how... easy it was to get along with my coworkers, especially my bosses. They worked with me nearly everyday and showed me that theywere not too good to make sandwiches alongside us. They were not 100% corporate bosses who run the show without ever havingstepped into the store. Not only did they set a good example for work ethic, but many conversations throughout the dayconsisted of financial intelligence, life advice, and even learning Vietnamese. I appreciate the role models they were for me,and hopefully, my coworkers. They weren't just running a successful business, they were helping young women and men navigatelife. And for that, they have made a lifelong customer of me - as well as a friend. I wish them the best of luck as we partways, hopefully they stick to their roots as it would be sad to visit in the future and not have that environment I experiencedwhile working. I may be rambling but if you need a food review, the banh mi is amazing. It will not disappoint. It is perfectlybaked, has a great savory-sweet balance, and will set a new standard for Vietnamese sandwiches. Read more
