This taco bell sucks. The whole time i was there one of the women in the back was yelling about getting the orders out because... they were trying to be 4th. In the process of rushing their employees quality suffered .I was looking at the pictures in thereviews people post. You can clearly see people wearing taco bell shirts. In some of them. Because my 4 simple little tacosdidn't look like any of that. One of the 4 was half full of meat all 4 were loaded with letus and light on the cheese. When Isay light on the cheese. It looks like someone dusted the top with about 3 or four pieces of cheese. One of my first jobs was attaco bell. That's not how tacos are supposed to look. All that rushing their employees so they can be 4th makes their qualitysuffer. While I was sitting their eating 2 other customers came into the lobby from drive-through because their orders werewrong. 2 customers in the time it took me to eat 4 tacos and get back to work. The foods better at 84th and south tacoma way theservice is better at 84th and south tacoma way. While this one's struggling to be 4th of something I would rather dine at 84thand south tacoma way. Nothing is more irritating than a drive-thru person sounding like we are making their day worse by going to the business. Yes... Cecilia... im calling you out. ***Update *** Just got home to eat lunch. -Regular crunchy tacos were soaking with grease andsoft/falling apart. -Pintos and cheese were so saturated it was practically soup -Soft taco Supreme was complete trash. -NachoBell Grande chips were so stale Probably NEVER going back to this location unless a miracle happens there. They gave me the wrong item and when I asked to get a refund or to put the money towards the correct order they refused and told... me I?d have to pay for the item I wanted and keep the one they made a mistake on. Never have I ever been somewhere that wouldnot correct a mistake that they made. Not to mention the female workers were beyond rude. Been here several times. Good is always good. Last time I was here they could only take cash but the person working the drive... through state that before I placed my order. Would not hesitate to come back for a late night meal. Read more
Went here after work and ordered a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla both with sour cream. The lady taking my order was... super polite and made sure everything on the screen was correct. When I got to the stop sign, I took a bite of my BEAN burritoonly to find out that it was BEEF and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. I cannot eat red meat because I am allergic sothat sucked. When I got home I opened my chicken quesadilla only to find that it was squished all the way to the bottom of thebag and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. For it being a Friday night at 5pm with NO line, I would assume they would getmy one order correct. Giving a three star because the lady taking orders and at the window was so nice she made the wholeexperience. Get kitchen staff that know how to read the screen better because half of my money was wasted. UPDATE 3 MONTHSLATER! Changing this to two stars only because the girls were nice. I went back thinking everything was good, this is the onlyTaco Bell on my way home, and low and behold I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream and I received a whateveris pictured. With BEEF that I CANNOT EAT! And what?s up with all the sour cream cups? Definitely not going back. The girlsworking were hella nice but cmon guys. People here literally treat you like a trash. I've seen how they treat the people of Doordash as if they were worthless. Also to... the Hispanic customer they are very rude and heartless. Change those people are very Bad with people. Terrible service. Read more
