Menu is limited, but everything was really good. The shrimp tempura was my favorite, I ate 2 plates of it. Our waiter told us... that starting today they will be doing conveyor belt sushi Wednesday, Thursday and Friday now. Good place to eat and willdefinitely be back!! Read more

My absolute favorite place to get sushi! I hate that they decreased their hours. I?ve been coming here for 10 years. I?ve tried... to SO many local different sushi places and honestly nothing compares. Their prices are great, the rice is cooked and flavoredto perfection, the size portion of the sushi pieces are not too big and not too small just right. Staff is always friendly. Ihope they are not on the road to closing down due to their hours of operation. Read more

June, 2022, restaurant opened conveyor belt on Fridays only, 2 try things out. Husband and I have been coming here since... original date of inception. Pre-Covid Excellent food and service! Prices were$$. Today, July 1, 2022. Prices $$$$. Fish notfresh. Rice falls apart. Ginger must come from a can. Portion cut from 4-6 pieces to 2. Few items like the jalapeno popperremoved from menu. Wait time ten minutes on bench starring at customer is a real treat. Staff shortage caused conveyor belt toclose in June. b sure to call. Will not be returning to Sushi Revolution. Read more

Awesome little conveyer-belt-bar styled sushi spot. Always use good quality ingredients and all their fish is super fresh every... tjme I've eaten here. Get your wasabi and soy ready and have some fun watching food go by your face as plates of yummies maketheir way around the bar. When you find something you wanna put in your mouth, just garb it and it enjoy! I really like theconcept of not having to order or wait on a busy server for stuff on a menu. And since their chefs are always busy makin ki hiKim or mi<{o I'm ok lg new rolls and serving up new dishes constantly so if there's something you missed or wanted to try buthaven't, give it a min and it'll likely make it's way around to you and down your face hole in no time! They use differentcolored plates to indicate it's price corresponding to their menus price tier. (Something to keep in mind while workin on thatsky high stack of purple sashimi plates!) Read more

Sushi Revolution Conveyor Belt Sushi 5225 Tacoma Mall Blvd Suite, Tacoma WA Well let's start by saying there has been a... somewhat revolution at this place, and the definite winner was NOT the restaurant per se. Let me first clarify that it's not thequality of sushi that has lost the battle (in fact the sushi is excellent!), but it's the actual physical restaurant andatmosphere that seems to have been blown up along the way. First off, one of the main driving factors of visiting SushiRevolution was the fact that it advertises itself as a ?conveyor belt? sushi restaurant, and yes, it does have a substantialconveyor belt mechanism, but that is where it ends. The only thing it conveys is a sense of disappointment as you realize it'snot in operation and you are left being presented with a show and tell picture menu whereby you will order each dish from (avery attentive) server, albeit though without the opportunity to impulsively remove small plate after plate of enticingyumminess as it drifts by at eye level. To add insult to injury, the overall atmosphere of the place exudes an overall feelingof eating in a half empty warehouse, filled with white plastic folding cafeteria tables complete with equally tacky matchingfolding chairs! Even a Costco warehouse will provide you with ambient background music, this dimly lit cavern provides none. From driving up to this location bordered by I-5 on the one side and lesser Tacoma Mall Boulevard on the other, one issurrounded by sadness. But moving on from the revolution's physical remains, there is one thing that has triumphed, and it isthe actual sushi that is prepared and served by the experienced sushi chefs and staff at this restaurant. By not having anoperational conveyor belt (on our visit) ordering from the menu adds a little bit more complication as it's hard to judge howmuch of something you may wish to consume as ordering so many options all at once can present an issue. On the other hand, ordering one by Read more

This is a great little out of the way place. Since this a rolling counter we had a wide variety to choose from. I am fond of... the Masago Gunkan and Krab salad. They were the cheaper plates but still very good. All in all fun little place with lots ofseating for larger groups. Read more

First time going here. Went in was greated nicely and seated. The sushi was good and everytime we had a question on what type of... sushi roll it was, the server was always happy to give us an answer. One of the things I have seen in other sushi restaurants isthey they have a picture and a name in front of every different kind of sushi roll. Here they are mostly scattered with no name. But overall a nice little place to eat some sushi. Read more
