I went in around 4:30pm on I believe Monday, and there was only a young boy working. All he did was complain about how he wanted... to go home, and how all the customers before me told him he needed to change his attitude and he did a bad job. I kept quiet andhe put my my sandwich in the oven (I tiraste jalapeños and green peppers on my veggie sandwich and he had already over addedthe veggies on it but I could just pick them off) but he went to go ring me up and had to do a cash pull instead, which he hadcommented on how he just did one and pulled only 20$ and left it out on the counter in front of me. I commented (because I usedto work for a subway) that he may need to try and pull more than 20$, and he said he wasn?t allowed to (improperly trained). Andthen as he was doing that my sandwich was down in the toaster and he let it beep for 2 minutes and took his time to open theoven and then my sandwich was burnt. All I get are Lettuce and Pickles plus sauces, and when I asked for lettuce and pickles hetook a huge handful and just set it on the sandwich in a pile and I asked him ?Please make my sandwich seriously? which hereplied no and then threw the pickles on and just laughed and I told him never mind I don?t want it and began to walk out and hesaid ?Wait don?t go! If you go I?ll eat your sandwich? Worst experience in my life. I have worked customer service for 5 yearsand never once have I seen an employee as bad as this one. I?ve read other reviews and see what I figure is him giving othercustomers trouble as well. I drove 10 minutes to a different subway just to get my order. Never wasting my time here again. Read more
Ate lunch on 1/28/2022 approximately 130, You allqways good food. The lady was working with what appears to be the owners son,... these are franchises so not someone famous, however this kid didn't listen at all, it's like he wanted to make his favoritesandwich and he kept putting toppings on even when we said no. Fortunately the lady working with him took over, she was verypolite, speedy and on top of everything. I dinged you for the kid otherwise could have been a 5 star experience. Read more
Regular subway store. All regular toppings were available. Maintained clean. Plenty of parking outside.
Until today, I've had no extraordinary experiences here (good or bad), but today was a bit different. I fully understand that... working fast food can be tough, and I'm not upset, but I did want to mention it to others. We enter and there's an employee (1)finishing an online order, they say they'll be with us in a minute. Maybe ten minutes pass (there were no other customers in thestore), another employee (2) comes in from the back and asks for help with something. E1 agrees to help if E2 helps at thefront. E2 does not. E1 then finishes the sandwiches and says they'll look at the thing in the back if E2 helps us. E2 comes outand asks if the sandwiches are ours, we say no, they ask if we've ordered yet, we say no. E2 then rushes to the sink and getsour order, and from there the experience was normal as ever. It's worth noting that once E2 realized what had happened, theywere VERY apologetic. Honestly, I didn't mind, but the people I was with did; I also wanted to pass this along to any impatientsubway customers, to avoid any fuss for customers or for the employees. Went to get sandwiches for us about 5:30 Monday the 15th of March to be rudely yelled at by the manager. I couldn't move closer... to the counter because it was to close to the person in front of me.. she yelled what can I get you rudely. I told 2 12 inchblack Forrest ham on with wheat bread. The other one on Italian.she replied yelling what was that again so very rudely.I turnedaround walked out. I was shocked because I always had great food and service before this incident. Read more
If you order ahead through the app just check if they added what you asked for. also, if the guac is old enough to compromise... the taste, they probably just shouldn?t put it on the sandwich. but their sandwiches do taste good if I?m there when they?remaking it. Read more
We couldn?t get all our sandwich because They were out of tuna and We can not pay with cash???? only card ????,,, mmm not... good. Read more
