I usually depend on this location when I order through Uber or door dash. They usually get it just right. However. I hate to say... it. This time. Not good. At all. Orders were completely wrong and it was like they didn?t even view the order just the sandwichnames and went with that. Lettuce and onions on one that didn?t not request it. And on the other? Tomatoes and spinach andeverything I literally did not add or want. On the sandwich. I picked it off and it was whatever. But. Come on?? The order sheetis literally stapled onto the bag I know y?all saw what I wanted and did not want on my sandwich. $50 spent for thank. Thanks. Read more
Always pleased with the Customer Service, Staff and My order accuracy. I order from here 4-5 times per week, my go to spot for... lunch.. especially when this location has been one of the rare stores that Accepts Subway coupons. Unfortunately, as of thisweek this location isn?t. There?s another Subway 5 minutes from this Pearl Street location that is accepting the coupons.. andnow I?m forced to change from my favorite location. Sad???? Read more

Always a clean store, great service, and great food. Parker helped me today and I could tell he takes pride in his job. Great... service, made some beautiful sandwiches, and even made sure they were wrapped perfectly. Job well done! Read more
This Subway has some serious issues when ordering through the app. They continually get the order wrong, and leave off paid... extra topping, and they don't add the extra meat when making it a "pro". They then act surprised, and make excuses whenconfronted about the matter. This place needs to invest in some q/a and training. Read more
I was going to review this as one star however I am adding a star for the niceness and efficiency of the employee, AND, it's one... of the nicest, cleanest, most organized Subways I have been to! So why the low rating?.....Here it is - in what world is itacceptable to charge customers almost 11 dollars for a foot long tuna sub? For one, it's probably not even actually twelveinches long (there have been news reports about this.) Also, a can of tuna is like 68 cents at Winco. Lastly, to only haveonly like 2 (total) of those tiny ice cream scooper things full of tuna spread all around the sandwich is absolutelyunacceptable. It just made me SO mad! Buyer beware. Love this location! This location was super clean and the staff were super friendly (2 very respectable young men) and made our... sandwiches perfectly! All the ingredients, bread, meats and veggies were all very fresh! Everything was neatly organized too. Wewill definitely make the drive to this location. We live about 7 miles from this location but I will definitely make the driveto get our sandwiches from here. Read more
Super clean but the girl that helped me was rude and bratty. I believe her name was Brittany or something close to that. I saw... her "trying" to help out a new employee but to me it just sounded like she was nit picking at everything the new employee wasdoing. She had green and black hair. 10/10 would NOT recommend HER making my sandwich mainly because of her customer service andattitude towards other employees. I also didn't mind paying extra for every extra thing I asked for AND I even said so myselfbecause I like my sandwich with a lot of veggies but whenever I said extra, she would literally only add 2-3 pieces of veggiesand that's it.
