Shout out to employee David at this store. He helped me and my daughter literally 3 min before closing time. He welcomed us in,... was very polite and presentation of our food was great.. He could have easily said sorry we're closed but nope he unlocked thedoor and took/made our order!! Right on David, thank you! Ps. Thanks for the extra cookie Read more

Because the other Subway on 72nd and Portland was closed at 8:40pm, I ended up here. She gladly made my 2 meatball subs. She... took my coupon!!! Good only on the old sandwiches, not the new 12. Read more

I did not purchase any goods at this establishment. I walked in and the 1 person (Kristi) that was working was finishing up... with a customer at the register. She did not acknowledge me at all. Once the customer left she approached where I was standingat the counter. I said "hello, how are you" and she proceeded to ignore me and clean off the prep counter turning her back to meto do so. When she turn back around towards my general direction, I said "hello" again and she still did not acknowledge me orreturn my greeting. Instead she began to glove her hands to prepare my order. I walked out. I then walked back in and asked hername, which she said was Kristi and the name of the owner/manager she did not give. She asked what it was regarding and I said Iwould like to complain about your lack of customer service. She then proceeded to argue that she did not hear me and was busywith the customer. I said I waited until the customer was gone and you were standing in front of me before I spoke and I spokein the same volume I am speaking now so you definitely heard me. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and theoverall demeanor of the worker. I will not be returning to this location. Read more

Don't make big orders! Lol staff was quite annoyed with me for wanting 6 six-inch sandwiches. "You should have ordered online,... you're lucky that we're not in the middle of a rush" My apologies to the staff for the inconvenience. Customer service was A+. The girl that was working by herself made sure that attention to detail was met and that we left with a... smile on our face. The food was fresh and delicious. One of our best visits to a Subway in a long time. Read more

I give the lady that helped us a five+ but store had chairs on table & open sign wasn't bright even though on so looked closed... at 1st. Im very grateful i stopped and checked because our server was awesome! 1st time in awhile that ive seen my sandwichesput together so professionally and neat. They were perfectly toasted and assembled! Thank you to our server! She definitelyknows how to do things right and quick! Read more
