Bad shop. Its poorly ran. Sandwich makers often dont know what they are doing or do things very sloppy from the making to the... cleaning. Came to the store this time and it had a sign saying online orders only.. How are you gonna have the open sign on. Bemaking sandwich and allowing access for delivery people... but not regular custumers and they are sorry for myinconveinence... Something should be done about this store. The regional manager needs to get rid of the manager and putsomeone in there that do the job and not just find ways to cheapen everything from cleaning to access to the store. People wantsubway. I have never been to a subway that is this nice on the inside. There are what appears to be hardwood floors that are always... shiny and clean. The place is very spacious, there is even a area that is separate from the rest, I am thinking that maybe thisarea is for meetings or parties. This place is very pleasing to the eyes. The staff seems to enjoy and like their jobs. Theyare always friendly, attentive, and able to answer all of my questions. Another thing I have noticed is they always practicesafety measures by always having their mask and gloves on. After they have handled money they always wash their hands and put onfresh gloves. In my observation not all restaurants practice this. Subway has added much to their menu. There is now a varietyof "melts", my favorite is the Baha chicken and bacon melt. Oh it's so good. Another new one is the turkey cali fresh wrap, theyreally pile on the turkey, bacon, toss in some smashed advocado . You have to check it out for yourself!!! Read more
This is the worst subway I have ever been too, person who said she was the manage was rude, and I mean rude. Once I received my... sub I asked for the senior discount she tells me ?we don?t do that here. I said that that was strange I was there a week ago andreceived the discount. She replied then by saying new owner stopped-it. I asked who the new owner was and she replied, ?that?snone of your business. Not believing what I heard I asked her what she said and she repeated it, ?was none of my business. Thesenior discount is no big deal, it was her rude behavior and rude responses that I got when I asked about it. I felt as thoughI was bothering her the whole time she was making the sub. I was very disappointed. My husband and I ordered online and picked up at this location. When we got home both of our... sandwiches ordered had NO cheese on them. We had been looking forward to the new Melts because they are supposed to have 3x'sthe cheese ????. Next disappointment was trying to call them. They did not answer and message stated memory if full. Definitely a nit over priced got two foot long subs two drinks two bags of chips and two cookies and was $39.00 I didn't even... ask to have the wrapped in 6 inch , would have hated to see how much that would of cost, not sure if it's free but wasn't goingto ask. Read more
