Even as grocery store coffee shops go, this one is bad. There is no seating, no working WiFi and a general malaise that... permeates this sagging Leonard stand atmosphere. Slowly served, commercial coffee is all I can promise here. Read more
I like Starbucks. Being from Seattle originally, I'm very used to their way of roasting dark every coffee. The employees are... always friendly and if they are not, I remind them I used to work as a barista for Starbucks. I know who to bring my grievanceto directly. I've never had to do that. The pastries are delightful and gift cards for Starbucks are one of my favorite things. Read more
Girl at the counter seemed more interested in writing the schedule than helping customers. Two workers and a trainee in the... booth, but it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged with only one customer ahead of me. Counters were littered with unnecessaryitems(dirty aprons and cups, paperwork, etc.) Coffee tasted overbrewed and stale. But my son loved his hot chocolate with extradrizzle. Read more
I probably spend way too much time at Starbucks. But that doesn't mean that I'm not picky about my service. I really enjoy this... particular location because it's new, and all of the employees are extremely friendly. I know most of them by name and they knowme by name, or at least my drinks. The drive through is kinda wonky but besides that, love it. Read more
Sure, sometimes the line is long and the service is a bit slow, but the customer service is outstanding. I've been here several... times and I haven't felt disappointed, even when waiting a little longer. Caution though, they use Safeway registers so no freecoffees if you want to redeem them. You can charge your Starbucks card but be sure to let them know before ordering. Read more
The Starbucks is inside the Safeway at the opposite end of the entrance past the customer service desk. I stopped by on a Sunday... afternoon, they had quick service, friendly staff. Read more
