Ordered thru uber eats blueberry muffin gross. Was stale with moldy taste threw away ordered hot Matcha tea with a straw only... way I can drink liquids. Of course no straw. Ordered matcha green tea Frappuccino with straw. Again no straw. Has anyone trieddrinking a Frappuccino without a straw. Called store. Person answering phone basically didn?t care. They had my money. And ubereats is a joke. Real people don?t exist. Only cyber space. Will not use either again. Read more
We had iced coffee. I forgot to say non-classic (they add sugar syrup) and they poured it out and started again. Thanks... Starbucks! Read more
Barista put a lid that didn?t even fit on the coffee cup and spilled all over the car. No one offered help inside or cared.
It's nice here only because the baristas are so friendly. The coffee is typical Starbucks, good. I've altered my rating from 4... to 2 stars as this store has removed ALL of it's indoor seating. I think I can understand why they did this, as there is acertain demographic that that causes difficulty for them. But none the less, removing all seating is not appreciated, at leastby me. Read more
My drink wasn?t made correctly and after one sip I knew, so I stated (nicely) to them that this was incorrect. I was greeted... with the response, ?no it?s not? when they had no idea why I said it was wrong. After I said again it was wrong as it hasvanilla which is NOT what I ordered (shaken espresso made blonde) the return response again was ?no it?s not. I just said ?I?mnot arguing with you, it?s wrong? and left. Bad service and wrong drink with no attempt to listen or correct. Third time inthree visits that it?s been wrong. It really made me sad to discover the lobby restrooms were closed to the public. I checked all the neighboring business, but... their restrooms weren't open to the public either. Finally, I had to ask for an exception, being as I was a paying customer andall. They were accommodating after what seemed like lengthy deliberation between the barista and manager. Drinks were fine justbe prepared with a backup plan if you find yourself needing the restroom afterwards! Read more
Girls were not friendly at all my drink was made pretty good but they could use some customer service skills definitely not one... of my favorite Starbucks I will not be returning there are so many to choose from you got to stand out this day and age in orderto get returning customers it's very important on how you treat people that could go so many other places to get coffee nowonder it is not ever busy here plus there's no drive-thru.
