Treat your employees right because everyone who works here is obviously new and doesn?t know how to make coffee or deliver the... right order. When I ask for iced coffee, and verify TWICE, there should be no confusion. Read more

The Tacoma Mall is a breeding ground for stress and negativity at times due to the amount of people and current political/... socio-economic environment. People line up to just get their coffee and get out to finish their shopping adventure and get outof Mall. Yet, in all this chaos, the folks at this Starbucks always seem calm and pleasant. They don't fall prey to theoccasional rude over the top customer, rather they recieve, place, and present everyone's order the same way every time~professionally and friendly! If you can't tell already, I'm just not a fan of the mall. But, I am a fan of the Starbucks at themall and make it a point to visit there for cup whenever I am there. Read more
Amazing staff, and usually a quick stop. Everything is fresh and there's an amazing atmosphere. Usually takes about <10 minutes... to grab your purchases and leave. Very quick and very nice. While you're waiting, you can browse some of the other storesnearby. Read more
