I like the concept and history of Round Table... but the whole package of this location is so disappointing. Still, this is a... perfect place to take kids, there are numerous diversions for their short attention spans. It also offers a meeting room.However... the poor gal up front was clearly overworked and under-supported. There were a few staff working at high speed tomake orders, but the product had minimal appeal. The salad bar seemed to have promise. I might be biased. The food was delicious as always. I can't go here without getting the garlic parmesan twists. The only downside is delivery... takes way longer than it should. Still great food and great service. Read more
Great pizza. If you have kids there is a small game room for them. UPDATE JULY 30th we live their pepperoni and sausage pizza.
This area where Round Table is located is not the ideal spot(excessive amounts of criminal activities, homeless camps etc) I... personally have never experienced it first hand. Their pizza makes up for it. Our family loves Round Table Pizza & their saladbar. This particular visit had a longer than normal wait for our pizza(1 hr) but we were ok with it. We had our granddaughterswith us. There is a small game room to help the littles with the wait if necessary. Customer service here is so-so, but I getit. It seems there is lack of staff members, in addition to new ones in training. Bathrooms have always been clean & stocked,dining area is clean, game area is clean & salad bar & drink area is clean. Was busy for the lunch buffet. Didn't seem like they had enough help to keep up with demand. Pizza was good though.
Round Table has had consistently good pizza for many years. They also have a lunch buffet if you're into that kind of thing.
10-28-2022-Yep, new crew. Same dude cooking, but the ppl at the front counter...amazingly different from the first crew. The... pizza was awesome, different variety and lots to choose from. Salad bar was stocked and fresh. The games are new, you buy a cardnow and front load it like Dave and Busters, no more tickets!! 6-22-2022-Looks like a new crew here. We went because my kidrequested it for their last day of school lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the pizzas werereplenished often and with several varieties. The lady behind the counter was friendly and professional. 4-18-2022-The last 3times we've been out for the lunch buffet it has been really disappointing. The salad buffet has wilting lettuce, or sourlettuce. And it's messy from other people using it and mixing food. The pizza takes forever to come out. When I visit for thelunch buffet I don't have all day. I have 1 hour, minus travel time. So it's disappointing when I can't get a meal from thebuffet. Lately all they make for the buffet is cheese or cheese and pepperoni pizza. Gag! When I requested a pizza theunfriendly lady at the counter tells me she will tell the guy in the back, but it's not a guarantee. And of course, it wasn't bemade. Today it was packed, and there was a delay of over 30 minutes while there was NO pizza at the buffet and no worker insight. I don't think I'll be going back for a really long time. I'm leaving my last review attached. It's really gonedownhill. 2019-I'm giving it a 5 star rating because I come here like 1-2 times a month for their lunch buffet. The people whowork here are pretty nice and accommodating. Tables are generally cleaned quickly once people leave, or you can ask them toclear a table - they do it quickly and with a good attitude.
