Yum!! Awesome Tacoma spot. Very delicious. They always have good vegetarian options. Great drinks. I was there on an extremely... busy evening and the server was so nice and helpful despite how busy she was. Very good wine list. They have seasonable menuitems. Primo is great. I can't recommend this place enough. The pasta here is fresh and it shows. The drink and food menu items are... constantly changing. There are usually some chef specials going on that sound pretty great. The list of desserts is probably thelargest in Tacoma that I have seen. They offer around 8 desserts. I would say if you are a pasta/pizza/dessert/drink person -don't miss out on this place. Highly recommend. Read more
Primo is always a wonderful experience. I always get a cocktail and the curry mussels appetizer. The curry sauce changes... occasionally and I'm impressed everytime. This visit I also ordered the pesto pasta and it was delicious. I recommend going inbefore 4pm if you don't have a reservation or you might not get a seat. The bar is always first come, first serve but fills upfast while the rest of the restaurant is usually fully reserved for the night. Read more
Food was delicious but service was lacking. We were there for 30 mins before we got our drinks and another 15 mins for our food... orders.The server only checked on us twice during our almost 2 hour meal. For the amount of money spent, I just expected betterservice. I would recommend this place if the service was better. Read more
I can’t count how many times I’ve been here. The service is always impeccable and the food is fantastic. Their pastas are... heavenly and is what keeps me coming back. Cocktails are great and pack just the right punch! I wish they were closer to homebut it’s worth the drive! Read more
My boyfriend and I come to primo at least once a month - it’s such a cute cozy environment and have never had bad service.... Everyone checks on you, it’s not your typical.. only YOUR waitress checks on you. The food portions are a little small butalways just enough. Yes, it’s a little pricey but definitely worth it because they already add on gratuity and share some ofthe profits with local farms because their menu changes as the seasons do to use local ingredients. This is one of our favorite places to go year round. Though summer is great with the windows up. The atmosphere is great and... food never disappoints. Hands down the best calamari we have had. We love all their pizzas and their chicken is so flavorful.Nothing has disappointed us. Everyone is so friendly too. Fantastic! Read more
