My mother and I stopped here for a bite to eat after work. We went through drive through and received our food in a timely... manner. The only that was wrong was they forgot the utensils, but no big deal..we went back around. One girl had an attitudeabout that... We went to park and eat before continuing home and our battery died. We were stuck there freezing, waiting forsomeone to come meet us for a jump which wouldn't have been for a while. As we were sitting there, it's getting later andeveryone is leaving for the night. This gentlemen and I believe his brother went to drive off and then turned around to help us.It was so sweet and kind of them. I wish I knew their names. But if it weren't for them we would have been stuck halfway frozenin Spanaway for the night. They asked if we were okay and helped push our car by theirs to give us a jump when they could havejust gone home. So if they see this... thank you so much. Ok so this is wild to me, I?ve never had any issue with this location, I live close and come often, but check this out. Tonight,... absolutely EVERYTHING was wrong with my order. Fries were cold. Popcorn chicken was greasy with no seasoning. My dr.peppertasted weird, there was no sauce or honey in my bag, and the Mac and cheese was?. Idek how to explain it, it was that bad. Theperson at the window was polite but while waiting for our food to come out we saw about 3 or 4 workers hangin out and talking.All in all I have to laugh at how bad this experience was. Read more
Not sure what the story is with Popeyes (many of them) they are always behind, long wait times and usually out of something.
Our order was wrong, like basically none of it was right...but we called and Amanda got the situation resolved and we were able... to come back in and get the meal corrected on our own schedule. Food is good. Staff at the counter wasn't great, seemed to be afew grumpy employees, but management did well! Read more
This is one of the best Popeyes i have been to especially yo delivery drivers. Great customer service compared to other braches.
Went to the 148th & Pacific location and received the best service, value and chicken! The staff were great and the cashier ... professionally multi-tasked during the lunch rush. Best Popeye's experience ever. Delicious, hot fresh chicken! Read more
Always got something bad going on, either the registers are locked or there?s a 20 minute wait for new chicken or they get your... food wrong. My last straw was today when I paid $42 for delivery, I ordered the home style Mac and cheese (cost more thanregular sides) for the side with my dinner & two extra sides which was mashed potatoes and red beans & rice. These peopleliterally gave me 3 sides of mashed potatoes. It?s almost hard to believe this was an accident when the receipt is clear as day.You can?t screw peoples orders up when you paying a lot of money. They need to try a little harder & pay attention. The food isgood (sometimes) but the service is not worth it anymore. You give them chance and chance again & hope they change your mind butI?m pretty much over it. Read more
