I'm just gonna say it. Popeye's chicken sandwich is way better than Chick fil-a. Also without this place there would be more... madness on North Fort during lunch as our choices are very limited. Thanks to the D street gate being closed, for whateverreason, it's no longer possible for us to make a quick, easy run to Lakewood. We are trapped and are forced to use 1 of 3 drivethrough or one of the over crowded shoppettes. Average Popeyes, good food but the line for the drive thru is always super long from 1130-1300. Most other times you can get in... and out within a few minutes but if you try to during normal lunch hours, be prepared to wait around 20 min.
