Dry out pizza??. This is the second time I am ordering from them, and it took an hour over the expected delivery time to get the... pizza to me. The pizza wasn?t as fresh or at least warm as it should be. They will also get your order wrong to rip you off. Istrongly doubt it if I will be ordering from them again. Read more
It's a reliable pizza hut. Orders may be slightly off but never completely off like missing an ingredient or something. This one... is not the closest to me but it's the most reliable one when my order that gets to me is accurate. Read more

Horrible, rude customer service! I gave them my address SOO many times and they still took my address wrong. They even took my... phone number wrong and the poor delivery person was completely confused and frustrated about it. I had to call to see what wastaken so long, the manager came on the phone to repeat my address, which it was not correct. I had to correct him. once I did,he stated, " that is what I said and hung up on me." I understand they are short staff and slammed, but this is no excuse to berude with customers. I had the conversation in a speaker and my friend that was visiting heard the conversation too. I normallyorder online, to avoid talking to these people, but I choose to call in... They forgot two items on my order. The Pepsi and the marinara sauce. We had stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for about a year due... to instances like this. Then we started ordering again. They did great for awhile. This is the second time in the last monthitems were forgotten. Said there would a be a credit given but it never happens. Read more
I don't know what the big deal is with those "Pizza Melts" but I was not impressed. Mines was over cooked, somewhat burnt.
