The service was amazing for the situation. The new guy there was understaffed and had a lack of formal training but made it all... work. There was what felt like 10 people working back there, & I waited for 5 minutes to pick up a pizza. Really frustrating. They... just didn't seem to have it together. The pizza was good, but didn't look at all like the picture. I got the fanceroni pizza, &while there was a lot of pepperoni on it, the crust was completely different then how they advertise it. Not what I wasexpecting. It was fine. But yeah, not a good as I was hoping. And we got 3 breadsticks in our stuffed cheesy bread order.Three? The portion doesn't match the price. Read more
Pre ordered pizza at 2:13pm to pick up at 5pm . Got her at 5 and no order . Didn?t even start making it until I asked about it .... It?s now 5:20. I asked what?s the point of pre-ordering to pick up at a certain time and all they did was shrugged her shouldersand said I know man! Read more

I honestly feel bad for the employees here and I would love to suggest that whoever owns this franchise should move to a... different location or just shut it down. There are hardly enough employees who work here and due to that they are getting robbedwhen employees are fulfilling/getting orders or cashing customers out. There are nothing but thieves who sits in their vehicleor waits outside the door to wait for an opportunity to rob the business for drinks or anything they could get their hands on.Seeing all of this with my own eyes made me feel so unsafe and I I just felt bad for the employee because of the scary scenariosthat happens there and they?re all alone. By far the worst location in Tacoma, maybe the Puget Sound. Whoever owns this franchise does not care as long as the money keeps... coming in. No effort to hire someone to run the store in a professional manner. You can tell this is all management and ownersbecause the other locations also have teenagers working but I?ve never had problems like I?ve had here. Just go with a differentchain, maybe once the profits are low enough they?ll care to hire some good management. Read more
Friday, April 22. Called to order a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The girl who took my order told me 20-25 minutes. I thought,... "Great! By the time I get to the drive through, it will be ready". NOPE. Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes before I wasacknowledged. The girl at the window said it wasn't ready and to come back in 10 minutes. Seriously??!! I parked and waited 10minutes and went inside. Another 10 minutes waiting at the counter, watching the workers aimlessly preparing orders and yellingout profanity. If you hate your job that much, why are you even there??? This place is gross. The pizza was gross. A $15.00pizza that had been in the warmer the whole time...just yuck. Read more
