The crew working at the location today knows how to make a pizza. It's been a long time since Little Cesar's has served me... something that I can review positively. The regular crust was cooked golden brown with a slight crunch reminding me of the timeI first bought a pizza from this chain. The sauce was tasty and tangy and pepperoni not too greasy. I would do this review without the star if it was an option. After an hour wait time I got an email saying the order was ready.... When I went in I told the guy my name and he looked it up and said nothing. He went to the back and kept making pizzas. Cameback 30 mins later and said it?s going to be another 20 mins. Why did my order say it was ready and able to pick up in the thingif he didn?t even have it made. Not to mention the other lady working there saw a train of 4 people come in after me and walkedout and left. When I asked where the Manager is he said that girl was the manager. Read more
This review is based off our experience while ordering, not based off the food. Arrived around 8:35, was told it would take 15... minutes. Took an extra 10-15 minutes longer than expected, and the two ladies working seemed a little stressed because it waskind of busy and one of them was struggling a bit. But TESSA was an absolute trooper! She was basically working register andmaking pizza, and she was extremely patient with her coworker who was confused and struggling on register. Multiple times thewoman on register went to ask Tessa for help while she was busy making and boxing up pizzas, but Tessa was quick and thoroughand made sure the woman on register was able to take care of customers as quick as possible. She juggled both the front and backand took care of those waiting for deliveries. Great job Tessa, you showed great leadership skills!! Read more
