It's comfortable waiting for your food here, wide open lobby area so you don't feel closed in and cramped. I don't like little... Order 633822 orchard St SW store Tacoma wa At 9:05 I arrived to order in person, I was rudley told they were closed and not... taking orders, I was told it's not my problem, go try online. I did order online and had no issues placing the order. Uponreturning to get my order, I decided not to go in, my order was missing two items we went into ask for them and were told theywere out of wings to bad. I asked for a refund for the missing item and was told that wasn't possible because they don't knowhow. At this point I was done playing games and demanded my refund, and was giving an assortment of bills that didn't add up toanything, when I asked him for his name and managers contact information the same attitude was used. So Thursday night is pizza night with the grandkids. 4 weeks ago, I ordered my pizza online and it wasn't ready when I got... there. I didn't worry about it. 3 weeks ago I ordered pizza online and the "manager" was so busy counting the till over and overand over that my online pizza order hadn't been started yet, but when another customer walked in the "manager" gave her free hotand ready pizza because she couldn't figure out the till. 2 weeks ago the same "manager" was counting the till, same thing, mypizza hadn't been made yet. This week I ordered online, and tracked my order. "Got it." "In the oven." "Packing it up." "It'sready." That's when I left my house. Got to Little Caesars, you guessed it, pizza hadn't been started. I yelled at the"manager." She threatened to call the cops. I said go ahead, tell them that you took my money and now you're not giving me whatI paid for. She told me I'm banned from her store forever. Ummmm, sure, this is your store? This is the third time that I?ve gotten garbage from this location. The bread is over proofed and over cooked. The stuffed pizza... that I got was smaller than normal because most of the pizza dough was used for the crust. They need to be re-taught how to makepizza. The quality is ridiculous!
