Bought 2 famous bowls, got home to find out they didn?t put in chicken and cheese, so all we got was corn and mashed potatoes.... The manager was actually there and said that it was their mistake and that he was extremely sorry, and to bring the receipt backanytime this week to get new bowls. Well, tonight we got to the drive thru, and the manager was on the speaker and rememberedus. We pulled up, and he took 2 seconds to whip us up a new bowl that had everything in it! 5/5 would recommend due to customerservice! Read more
Oh my God the customer service is horrible for the KFC Lakewood Washington Bridgeport Way location. I went there on October 1st,... 2022 between 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The black guy running the register and taking orders was terrible. I watched as a previouscustomer came in to return something. This guy rolled his eyes and was just rude. My friend asked about an advertisement on TVregarding a special and questioned why they listed the price as much more. This black guy couldn't answer the question and justdid not satisfy the question. He acted like we were just bothering him. Really?? We are patronizing their store. He just had arude attitude. I will NEVER go back to the Lakewood Washington store again. I will go to Churches which is right next doorinstead. I hate I even have to give them one star. I would give a 0 star. Ordered a 4 piece tender and came home to this.... 2 SOGGY chicken patties cut in half... seriously?
Everytime I get there bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes,gravy, biscuits,Cole slaw and Mac and cheese... I don't know what... it is I get food poisoning. Last two times really sick! Worst experience with this store. My father went to this store to order a bucket of original chicken. When they got home it... didn't look or taste right. He came back to the store and talked to a guy named Chris which he stated he was the manager. Hetold my father it was original and didn't do anything. So my dad came over to my house. Mind you he's 72 and didn't know whatto do. So I called to fix this. Talked with this Chris guy. He told me he remembered him. Told me it was original. Itold him if you clearly looked inside the bucket it was clearly dry and burnt. Chris tried to tell me he didn't ask for anexchange. He told me he was a low volume store and tried to make excuses. Asked for the corporate number and he stated hewas a franchise. Asked for the owner and refused to give me the number. I had to drive myself and got it exchanged. Don'tknow who this Chris guy is but does not represent KFC in a good light. Way to take care of your senior citizens. Picked up a few orders of wings n wedges for the Spence vs Porter fight. Pleasant service (thanks Briona!) quality food.... Would've given 5?'s, I asked for whole wings but they gave me the others. I'll be back!???????????? G Read more

Terrible customer service. Nobody wants to take a your order. Food wasn't good. Got part of my order wrong, ordered chicken... tenders and they weren't cooked all the way through. I wouldn't recommend this location. Read more
