Food: met expectations for what it is. It?s JJs and they are still freaky fast and delicious but it is also sandwiches and it?s... pretty hard to mess that up. Atmosphere: the place was pleasantly clean with fun music. We also got to enjoy watching a pair ofsquirrels frolic outside our window for added entertainment. WC: we also needed a comfort break and it was very clean in theone working WC. Staff: friendly and fast. Absolutely no complaints. They all were professional and probably deserve better payjust ethically in general but if performance plays any roll then they deserve more than the bare minimum. Normally this place is really good but the last three times we came the lettuce in our sandwiches have been really gross.

I ordered a sandwich online, and ended up waiting about an hour. Upset, I called them and they said they only had one driver,... and that it's on its way. I am an understanding person, so I let it slide after that explanation. Then I ended up waitinganother 40 minutes and called back asking to cancel. She explained that the driver was at my house, but no one answered. Sothat's on me, I was distracted. Anyway, while calling to cancel the order, the girl on the phone, Ariel offered a free sandwichto be delivered for my troubles, and I accepted. Internally I was upset, but also understood, but instead of saying sorry, andhanging up, she offered to get me a fresh sandwich delivered right away. Thank you Ariel. Read more

Disappointed. This was my second time at Jimmy John's. The first one had real good food. This store is different. This is the... second unwhich. I got two very thing slices of ham and three slices of bacon. I ordered extra meat and they said they could not. Read more

Won't deliver 1.7 miles away? Seems odd since where I'm at is a big business complex. Good food, not the stores fault their... higher upside won't change the delivery zone. It's just dumb Read more

I don't usually complain too much, but I don't like My time wasted. I had called ahead to put in an order for two JJ Gargantuan... subs with extra cheese at 03:48 pm while I was on My way to them from appx 2 miles away. With traffic, should take about 7minutes according to maps (Which was accurate). So I walk in, and was greeted nicely and promptly. Problem was, he didn't knowwhere My order was or by chance didn't understand that I was a pickup order even though I told him I had previously called in anorder. So halfway through reordering, someone came around the corner and said that she remembered My call and that I was not anew order, and then looked around for My order. Here is where I am irritated: I used to order from the location by Wal-Martwhen I worked at a shop nearby. I was able to get an order delivered in 20 minutes. When she started looking around for My orderand couldn't find anything, she began making it. Almost 10 minutes after I called it in. And the couple people helping alllooked just as confused as she did. I stood there waiting for something that should have already been made. It wouldn't be aproblem, but you guys pride yourself on being fast. I have never had a bad experience from one of your locations until now. Irealize it is "only 10 minutes or 20 minutes", but the biggest thing you can waste is a customers time. And instead of pickingup My order like I should have been able to, I had to stand there and wait for almost 10 minutes to get My order made. Thescreenshot of the time I called shows the time in the right top corner of when I got back to My car. A full 12 minutes aftershowing up. And they didn't even offer an apology for forgetting the order and not having the order made. And it was very clearby the expressions on their faces and the whispers as they looked at the ticket, that they had forgot about it. I attached picsto this review so you can see the timeline.
