Ordered online and it has been over an hour and a half and still o sandwich. I called 20 minutes ago and was told the driver... left 16 minutes ago. Just didn?t want my soda to arrive watered down and flat. Was assured it would not be. Well I?m certainit will be by the time my order arrives. Read more
The sandwiches are good but every time I order, whether online or over the phone, they mess up the order. I pay for things like... bacon or extra meats/cheese to be added and they don't add them. So I call and complain and they give me a credit for the nextorder. But what good is a credit if you are going to leave things out of that order also?! It's literally every time! And almostalways on the same sandwich. If my daughter didn't love their sandwiches so much, I wouldn't order anymore. I understandmistakes happen, but every time we order? That's not acceptable. Fast, friendly service. Fresh delicious sandwiches, reasonably priced. Appreciate that they were willing to work with me in... making my sub the way I requested! Thank you! This place is FIRE. Love it. They constantly are EXTREMELY fast, fresh, and very accurate with orders. Such a great... consistent place to order from at work. They totally pay attention to detail. Oh and their bread - YUM! And their deliveryfees are not nearly as high as the crazy UberEats and GrubHub fees. I love supporting business like this in the area. THANKYOU Jimmy Johns downtown tacoma!
