Got food poisoning after our most recent visit here. Started feeling severely ill 1.5-2hrs after eating (textbook timing for... bad food), was sick multiple times, and symptoms didn't let up til next morning, I almost missed work. Also, this was the onlyfood I had eaten that entire day and was the exact same order I always get. No excuses here. I loved my sandwich with tuna, the inside was very fresh. Good luck getting any sort of food here. Ever. They're constantly closing their delivery times hours earlier than they're... supposed to. CONSTANTLY. So I went to the do business by this location, and decided to order some lunch. I never eat at Jimmy John's so asked the guy who... was ringing me up what he liked? He said he orders ( I forgot the number), however it is a Turkey sandwich with cucumbers and headds peppers. He was so Awesome and so was the guy making the sandwich. I give this location 5 + Stars. Ordered a #11 country club. Got home to find out that it only had bacon on the sandwich. Called and spoke with the manager and... he could only refund or make a new sandwich. This store is 4 minutes from my house and he would not offer to deliver a newsandwich. I feel that in this day and age if you mess up this badly you should make it right to the customer. Loved the food here. Good gluten free options. Freaky fast. Friendly employees. Food is tasty. Pickles are large. Sandwiches... fill you up. Bathrooms are stocked up. Tables are clean. Pop is fizzy. The gil was so rude, she messed up on my order and had the audacity to tell me e I was wrong. I even have my receipt!!! I don't... know her name but I called corporate to no avail.
