Dirtiest Jack in the Box I've ever been to, staff are really rude and very very slow. It's supposed to be fast food and it took... me about 20 minutes to get to the window and there was only three cars in front of me, then took almost another ten minutes toget my food and of course I couldn't order a shake. What's up with no shake's after 10pm? Because 95% of the time I can't getone n matter which jack in the box I go to. They're 24hr open and most people want a shake or. Something sweet and can neverget it. I think I'm done wasting my money at a place where I can't get food how I want it, or get it at all. Extremely overpriced and poorly done. A single egg roll is nearly 5$. A "jack's deal" chicken sandwich is +4$. You can drive... less then mile away and save your money while still receiving quality products from McDonald's right down the road. 7 Read more
I love that my DoorDash order was confirmed for 1:37-1:47 delivery time when I placed the order, and then after I placed the... order it changed to 2:05-2:15! According to DD the restaurant changed the time to half an hour later? Very nice. I cancelled andgot a full refund. Read more
The wait today was twice as long as normal. The cashier was not nice or friendly. And they were out of most of the normal soda... pop. It was difficult to be nice. This is the first time I have had such grumpy service. Usually really nice. Food was ok, buthad a burnt grease taste. Read more
At the drive thru we were told.. through the drive through speaker.. that they were only doing door dash and online orders.... After asking them to explain why they can't take my order right there if they can take online orders, they failed to explain,just said they can't do anything about it and they were too busy and short staffed. So I got the app, and the app told me thatthey're location was only doing drive through orders. I drove up to the window to see 3 people being too busy to do anythingother than standing around talking. This was after getting stuck in the line and between other customers for over an hour. I went to the jntb on 56 and pacific right before work the small Mexican girl greeted me and to me hold on for a minute it... ended up being 20 when she started to take my order she put me on hold for another 4 mins at this point I couldn?t get out ofthe drive through there were only two car?s ahead of me and about three behind me my order wasn?t to difficult one order of tinytacos and an order of tacos with extra lettuce hot sauce and onions I was charged 15 cents for onion I didn?t get and instead ofhot sauce on the tacos it was ketchup I thought I would have a nice meal for my co worked and myself but that wasn?t the casethere was a white female who looked like she was a supervisor who was laughing as she was giving me my order she was older andpossibly missing teeth I didn?t get a receipt and didn?t pay much mind to name tags this isn?t the first time I?ve been giventhe wrong items or this location didn?t have the product available but this was the last straw I won?t return ppl should knowwhat?s happening the staff needs to know without customers they wouldn?t have a job so I wasn?t only late for work but I have towork a 12 hour shift hungry Read more
horrible food, horrible service, workers have a nasty rude attitude and cut you off while trying to order. I also paid almost $6... for a order of onion rings and only got 5 onion rings? I normally don't go to this location cause they don't ever seem to have many items available. This time, though, there was a... wonderful young man at the window. Very cheerful and very caring. He made sure that we had a great experience and made sure thateverything we ordered was correct. Wish I would have gotten his name. Keep up with the great job. We need more people like you. Read more
