Go to drive through to get the Munchie meal and I get about three blocks away from the store to notice that my fries and tacos... are cold tried to call the store for them to just answer the phone and hang up right away I thought Jack in the box was supposedto be 24 hours cuz when I drove back to the store they were already closed up I will be calling corporate about this first thingin the morning before I do that I'm going to try to call the store to get the issue resolved. They forgot my drink. I literally got half regular and curly fries when I had asked for only curly. My burger was cold. The... ranch contents was separated and a bunch of oil spilled everywhere when I opened the packet. After a long 12 hour shift, I paid$13 for a horrible meal. I'm never going back to this location. They're okay, however they either only take cash or card during many of my visits, but if I'm eating here I'm just so grateful... they're open that it's not a big deterance. Also if your trying to save or just don't want to spend around $15 on one fastfoodmeal they don't have what many still refer to as a "dollar menu" or "value menu". They do have what I guess is their version ofa value menu however it's more like a small sandwich for a little under $5 depending on which one. Read more
Whatever happened to wearing a hat and uniform while on the job? The worker looked like he was in his pajamas. The sandwich had... bacon that was definitely old. Overall, very disappointing to see how Jack in the Box is degrading. Read more
Worst order ever that I?ve gotten from this location. Granted we were the last customer on 8/15, but it looked like my tacos had... everything thrown in bag & shaken up with super hot sauce. This is the third time I have problems with this Jack in the box. I have written twice to complain but no response. The burger... tasted like cardboard. It seemed like it was made the day before.
