The first time I went there everything was fine. However, the last time I went I was not greeted properly and the cashier was... rude. I ordered a breakfast jack no ham add extra egg. She kept asking me if I wanted bacon or sausage and I told her no atleast three times before I blew up and told her I do not eat pork at all. Then she yelled at me not to tell at her. I told hershe wasn't actually being nice either. Then I calmed down and apologized to her for blowing up. I don't know what her problemwas but she was not very nice from the git go. Management or ownership, y'all need to quit being cheap and Hire enough people. Two nights in a row, pull up to drive thru, wait... 20 minutes just to get to order, then wait another 20 to order, then "pull around to wait on food. And IT AIN'T THE WORKERSFAULT CLEARLY. Customer service is here is excellent every time! They always get my order right and my food is always hot! This particular site... is often short staffed when I arrive, but the service is still swift. Way to go you all, keep up the great work! Read more
At the drive thru we were told.. through the drive through speaker.. that they were only doing door dash and online orders.... After asking them to explain why they can't take my order right there if they can take online orders, they failed to explain,just said they can't do anything about it and they were too busy and short staffed. So I got the app, and the app told me thatthey're location was only doing drive through orders. I drove up to the window to see 3 people being too busy to do anythingother than standing around talking. This was after getting stuck in the line and between other customers for over an hour. Takethe order, your register is right there while you're just standing there running your mouth. This happened exactly the same wayat the Jack and the box down the street, so I copy pasted my review. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and when we got them the buns were hard as a rock. So we went back through the drive through and... they made us 3 new ones that were fresh and were prob the best sandwiches we had thus far. We were grateful that they hadreplaced our food, but I feel that some quality control standards should be exercised when sending out food. Especially sincefast food is expensive as it is these days at jack in the box. Read more
