They had patience as I went over a plethora of options on their menu. I ordered a sour bough bacon burger and a breakfast... croissant layered sandwich and let me tell you, they where both delicious. I put 4 star food because I wasn't asked if I wantedsauces and I didn't remember until I pulled out the line. I use to be a Manager for a fast food restaurant & we focused on our Speed of Service. My recent visit to this location had me... wait to take my order, & wait to receive my order of a single Bacon Ultimate Burger after I paid for the order. Now that thislocations lobby is closed, there is no reason for any delays of a drive-thru order, & speed of service needs improvement. Read more
Prices have gotten too high for the quality of product. You can go to a sit down casual restaurant for same price of meal
This is the best Jack n the box in Tacoma hands down. The older blk women keeps a clean efficient J-n-box. Great customer... service. I travel to this one when it's Jumbo Jack time. Plus my daughter is in love with the French toast sticks. So glad theyreturned on the menu. Read more

**Updated** Went back again ordered through app drive-thru closed. Waited they finally opened food was not good. Was very... disappointed. Fast food is not for me. Today was the best I've had from this particular JIB in a while. The NEW rooster frieswas amazing and the NEW bacon cheesy jack burger was on point. Everything was good except, they couldn't do the millie meal.Guess you have to order it through the app. Which sucks because I wanted to try the NEW chocolate croissant. I KNOW would'vebeen BOMB.
