It was $24 for burger fries and shake. I saw the menu so I was aware of the cost but in the end, they were out of strawberry,... and while the fries were fresh and plentiful, it only seems a value if it's a quantity I would choose to eat and I threw away30%. When asked about the burger, not knowing what the answer would mean, I said everything, and that was a mess that the bunwas not designed to contend with. Pre virus with people as windbreaks, I'm sure the atmosphere was different, but I found thedining area cold and surrounded by international glowing reviews that seemed forced on the diner and for the life of me, I can'tthink of another chain that does this. If was a fair rated burger at a very high price, that I will order in the future butlikely in a restaurant with comfortable booths and more diversity in the menu. Always a yummy place. Their burgers are always the best and the fries are addictive to me. The servise is always kind and fast... oh and they are great in the eyes of Pierce County Public Health! Ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 regular cheeseburger, and 3 medium fries. All of the hamburgers came cold. Not the driver's... fault, the driver came and delivered directly. Just seems as if they weren't fresh. None of the burgers were made as requested,so no one got what they wanted. The three medium fries came in the small cups and were only half full. Paid almost $20.00 forabout a handful of fries. Including tax and tip, I paid $107.00 and received a sub-par meal and a bad customer experience. I'mdeeply disappointed in this 5 Guys location and will not order from them again. Unfortunately this is my default locationthrough Door Dash, so I will not order 5 Guys through Door Dash again. I'm a huge fan!! The menu is easy to read and understand. The service was amazing and the food was delicious! They also had a... ton of flavor options in the freestyle machine that I haven't ever seen. The free peanuts were a great touch too! I definitelysee what the hype is about now and only regret not going sooner. Read more
